binge watching
（ビデオなどを）一気に見る
binge というのは、「どんちゃん騒ぎ」といった意味を持つ単語です。元々は「何かに浸す」という意味だったようです。
そこから転じて「短期間に大量に何かを消費する（特にアルコールを大量に飲む）」という意味で使われます。
なので従来は binge drinking で「馬鹿飲み」といった意味で使われることが多かったのですが、最近は別の方向に使われるようです。このひとつが、ここにあげた binge watching で、ビデオ（DVD）やストリーミングで映画やテレビのシリーズを一気に見ることを表現します。
WIkipedia によればこの表現の歴史は 2013 年ころからのようです

In November 2015, the Collins English Dictionary chose the word “binge-watch” as the word of the year.
Netflix がTVシリーズをまとめてリリースし始めたことで出てきた言葉のようです。
2015年には Collins English Dictionary が「今年の言葉」として “binge-watch” を選んだとありますね。
他に binge の使われる新しい用例として
binge-worthy
というものもありますが、これは「binge する価値がある」という意味です。
"Dude, Breaking Bad is such an amazing show. You should watch it. It's totally binge-worthy."
「なあ、Breaking Badは凄い番組だぜ、絶対見るべきだね。ハマる価値はあるよ」
といった感じで使われます。
